Yes! All our products are authentic and original, we only sell factory sealed products.

We treat each order as unique, so we cannot cancel and refund a pre-order, since this has already been ordered from our suppliers at the time of your order, as mentioned in the Terms of use, which customers have to agree before using our services.

Ninpon guarantees that all pre-orders placed will not be canceled. However, if there is some rare case that we cannot fulfill our obligation, we will refund the pre-order(s).

Yes you can, but since pre-order items have different release dates, they will only be shipped when the last pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.

To ensure you receive your order, we reserve the item at the time of your order, so we charge pre-orders at the time of order.

Pre-orders are processed automatically at the time of purchase in order to reserve the item for your order. All pre-order items will only ship when the pre-order item is released, which may take some time after you pay for your pre-order. Once pre-order item(s) are released and arrive at our office, our team will organize all items and ship them out.

For in-stock items it takes about 2-4 business days, for in stock supplier items it takes about 8 days, and for pre orders it will take the time for item release plus shipping time.
