Return Policy

RETURN

You have 14 consecutive days to make the return, counting from the date of receipt of the order.
Only products that are in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition will be accepted.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Before returning an item, please contact our custom service and we will inform you how to proceed.
In the case of product defect returns, please contact our customs service within 48 hours providing the necessary evidences. Our team will check and inform you how to proceed.

After receiving the instructions, the client will be responsible to mail your return to following address:

Please note, the client will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except for defective products, in this case Ninpon will bear the return shipping charges.
We advise you to return your goods through a service that allows you to track the status of the delivery, as we cannot refund products that we have not received.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least eight (8) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on its company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
Pre-order items
In-stock supplier items

We cannot provide returns for pre-order and supplier-stock items, as each purchase is made solely and exclusively for each customer and cannot be canceled at the supplier.
For defective products, please contact our custom service within 48 hours providing the necessary evidences. Our team will check and inform you how to proceed.
