Free Shipping

Shipments to mainland Portugal and Spain is free for orders above 60 euros, and it is done through CTT Express within 48 hours
*We do not have free shipping methods to Açores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
For other countries, we do not offer free shipping. We usually work with several companies and always try to find the best option for each country in terms of price and delivery time (Please note that currently, we only ship to European countries).

 

Shipping Time

In general, items in stock are shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation. For pre-order items, after they are released and arrive at our warehouse, they are shipped within 48 hours (pre-order items have their estimated release date on their product pages. Please note that these dates may change according to their manufacturer’s needs). For stock-supplier items, it takes about 5 business days for the items to arrive at our warehouse and 48 hours to be shipped.

All shipping times are estimated. During certain times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas…), shipping times may be affected by high demand or carrier overload. But don’t worry, on those dates, we always give 110% of ourselves to ensure that these incidents are kept to a minimum.
