What’s a pre-order?

At Ninpon, we offer our clients the opportunity to reserve some figures before they are physically available in our warehouse. We refer to this option as “pre-order.”

 

Benefits of pre-order

When you purchase an item through pre-order, there are two main benefits. Firstly, it allows you to secure both the quantity and price of the product. In the collecting community, certain figures have limited availability, and the number of units may be insufficient to meet the demand. Occasionally, figures are sold out during the pre order phase, even before they become available in stock. Secondly, by placing a pre-order, you can avoid potential price increases that may occur between the announcement of the pre-order and the product’s arrival. Therefore, we strongly recommend making your reservation while the item is still in the pre-order stage if you wish to ensure that you don’t miss out on acquiring a unit of a figure you are highly interested in.

 

How much do I need to pay at the time of reservation?

We reserve pre-orders with our suppliers individually for each customer at the time of your purchase. Therefore, for a reservation to be considered complete, the full price of the product must be paid at the time of purchase.

 

When I will I receive my pre-ordered figure?

The estimated availability date of each pre-order product is provided in the product description. This date is an approximation given by the manufacturers or distributors and may be subject to change without notice. Therefore, if you decide to purchase a pre-order figure, you may need to exercise patience in some cases. Feel free to contact us for more information about the arrival status if it has been provided to us. If your order includes multiple items, please note that we ship the order as a whole once all the items are available in our warehouse. Therefore, the figure with the furthest arrival date determines when your order will be shipped. We recommend not combining figures with significantly different release dates in the same order to avoid waiting for the available figures.

 

Cancelation/modification of a pre-order

It is essential to understand that a pre-order is considered a firm sale. To ensure that you receive your order, we treat each pre-order as unique for each customer, and we place orders with our suppliers once the payment is made. As a result, we cannot cancel or modify items that are in the pre-order status. Therefore, we recommend that you make the purchase when you are certain about your decision.

 

Combining pre-order products with in-sotck products

It is not possible to include products that are in stock and products that are in pre-order in the same order. If you wish to purchase both pre-order and in-stock products, you will need to place separate orders.
